$150,000 verdict PLUS a $50,000 bad faith settlement for Korean War vet injured in an auto accident.
A U.S.M.C. Veteran’s insurance company fought him over uninsured motorist benefits, forced him to litigate his claim to the bitter end, and argued that his injuries were a result of military service. He was offered $42,000. Mr. Bock obtained a verdict of $150,000, and then successfully sued the insurance company for bad faith and negotiated an additional $50,000 in compensation.
