Case Overview

High School Football Player injured when coach sends him out for a coverage kick-off drill without a helmet or mouth guard.

Case Summary

Predictably, the client ended up with a broken jaw and damage to his teeth that ended his high school football career and required wiring his mouth shut.  The trial judge dismissed the case on a legal technicality.  Mr. Bock insisted upon an appeal, and won, reinstating the case.
