Michael Bock

Mike Full

Michael Bock is the co-founder of Bock & Plummer, Attorneys at Law.  He has been practicing since 2002 exclusively in the civil litigation arena, aggressively pursuing lawsuits across the legal spectrum.  He has spent the entirety of his career in the courtrooms of Southern California helping victims seek justice.

Most good attorneys are driven by events that happened in their own lives

While in college, he learned that his grandmother had been cheated out of nearly her entire life savings.  Michael has pursued elder abuse and estate-theft claims aggressively throughout his career.

After a driver ran a red light and smashed into the side of his car, Michael suffered a lower back injury that left him unable to stand for nearly two weeks.  He knows what it’s like to be in terrible pain, yet not have any visible injuries.

Trust, candor, and guidance are the hallmarks of an effective attorney/client relationship.  You want to select an attorney who knows what you’re going through and has the experience necessary to empathize and identify your needs.

Experienced Representation

  • Litigated from beginning to end four to five hundred cases.
  • Nearly a thousand appearances in Southern California courtrooms in Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura .
  • He does not shy away from a fight and has won cases that numerous other law firms refused to take.  Won a jury trial for a young man whose case was turned down by three other law firms.

Michael’s results speak for themselves.  Many attorneys can claim impressive track records.  What has been more important over the years has been the hundreds of clients who have thanked him for his patience, for his empathy, and for understanding their concerns and addressing them.

Native of Southern California, Record of Academic Success

Michael, from his earliest days, wanted to become an attorney.  Named Mock Trial Outstanding Attorney for all of Southern California way back during his days at El Toro High School,  he attended University of California Berkeley with the help of a scholarship and received degrees in English and Political Science in 1999.  He immediately proceeded to University of California Hastings, focused on civil litigation coursework, and received his Juris Doctor in 2002.  Returning to Southern California, where he spent his childhood, he has practiced law primarily in Orange County and Los Angeles ever since.  He is a member of the Orange County and Los Angeles Bar Associations.

His Passions

Besides devoting himself to his clients, Mr. Bock spends the majority of his time with his son and daughter.  Traveling, reading, exercise, and films are amongst his hobbies.
